Documents for Initial Assessment
The project owner should prepare a short investment memorandum, financial model, information on the team, rights to assets, permits, key contracts and risks. The investor, in turn, should disclose identity, source of funds and the limits of its mandate. Confidential information should be exchanged in stages after the appropriate agreement is signed.
