Documents Commonly Ordered

• Certificate of Good Standing or equivalent confirmation of the company's current status;
• Certificate of Incumbency containing information on directors, shareholders or registration details;
• corporate resolutions, minutes and special powers of attorney;
• apostille or another form of document legalisation;
• package for changing the director, shareholder, name or constitutional provisions;
• certified copies of constitutional documents and registers;
• bank forms, confirmation of the ownership structure and source of funds.

Transfer of a Ready-Made Company

A ready-made company may be transferred by changing shareholders and directors or through a corporate power of attorney, depending on the law of the jurisdiction. Before acquisition, its history, accounts, tax status, previous obligations, bank accounts and registered agent should be checked. Fast completion itself does not eliminate the risk of hidden debts.

Changes in the Corporate Structure

The procedure for changing officers or owners depends on which information is public, who maintains the register and whether original documents are required. For use in Ukraine or another country, notarisation, apostille, translation and confirmation of the signatory's authority are often required.

Banking and Compliance Review

In 2026, a corporate document by itself does not guarantee that an account will be opened or maintained. The bank checks the ultimate beneficial owner, tax residence, source of wealth and funds, genuine business activity, connection with the countries of operation and the economic purpose of payments.

For a company with several ownership levels, a clear group chart and documents for each link are required. Nominee service, where permitted by the law of the relevant country, does not relieve the beneficial owner of disclosure to the bank, tax authority or another obliged institution.

How to Order the Service

The request should state the country of incorporation, company name and number, required document, country of use, desired form of certification and deadline. After checking the registry and agent requirements, a separate proposal with the current price is prepared.
