What should be checked before filing

which type of carriage is planned: freight, passenger, taxi, domestic or international;
who owns the vehicles and whether the contracts permit their commercial use;
who performs pre-trip technical and medical checks;
whether drivers meet qualification requirements and whether employment relations are properly documented;
whether additional permits are required for dangerous, oversized or international carriage;
whether base addresses, contracts, insurance and the actual organisation of work are consistent.

Procedure for working with documents

A licence does not replace daily control.
