Obtaining hygienic conclusions for products
UBC provided comprehensive support for obtaining hygienic conclusions for products manufactured or sold in Ukraine. The procedure began by identifying the type of product, its composition, manufacturer, intended use and the documents confirming safety and origin.
The basic package included information from the Unified State Register, corporate documents, director details, documents for the registered address and production or office premises, bank details and tax data. Depending on the product, technical specifications, formulation, label, certificates, test reports or samples could be required.
After the task was agreed, specialists checked the documents, prepared the package and supported its consideration. The source page referred to approximately 30 working days, but the actual period always depends on the type of product and the procedure in force.
For companies outside Kyiv, remote work and sending documents by delivery services were provided. Payment could be made in two stages.
