LEGAL ENTITY REPORTING
Legal entity reporting combines accounting data, taxes, employee payments and information about the company's activities. We will agree the calendar, check primary documents, prepare the forms and monitor the receipts.
The manager will see the amounts of mandatory payments in advance and receive an archive that supports the figures for owners, the bank, the auditor and the next reporting period.
Legal Entity Reporting and the Set of Forms
The set of reports is determined by the tax system, company category, VAT, employees, property, foreign economic transactions and sector-specific obligations. Before the period starts, a list is prepared showing the form, source of each figure, responsible person, internal date and signatory. This links the accountant's work with sales, procurement, HR and warehouse functions and allows the period to be closed under a known procedure.
Before preparing the reports, the accountant reconciles bank and cash records, customers and suppliers, payroll, taxes, inventories and fixed assets. Incomplete deliveries, advances, returns and exchange differences are reviewed separately. Every material balance has a breakdown and supporting document. The manager understands the financial result, while the accountant transfers confirmed data from one agreed base into the reporting forms.
Tax and Financial Reporting
Tax returns are calculated under the rules of the relevant tax regime, while financial statements present the company's assets, liabilities, income and expenses. These sets serve different purposes but should have a clear relationship. The accountant checks the period, company category, applicable standard and set of forms, and keeps the reporting together with the registers and calculations.
In 2026, legal entities continue to submit the Tax Calculation for personal income tax, military levy and Unified Social Contribution (USC) every month. The data is formed from personnel documents, accruals, contracts with individuals and payments. Before submission, the accountant checks identifiers, income codes and amounts for each month. The manager receives a summary of payroll accruals and employer liabilities.
Forms are signed with authorised QES and submitted through the selected electronic service. The accountant checks key validity, signature order, receipts and acceptance status. A change of director or accountant is included in the access calendar in advance. The period archive contains the source file, signatures, receipts and supporting registers, so the result can be reconciled quickly.
Reporting for the Owner and Bank, and Accounting Support
A bank or company owner will usually request figures together with an explanation of the underlying transactions. The accountant will prepare a breakdown of revenue, expenses, liabilities, taxes and cash balances in the agreed format. For a significant payment, the contract, primary document and accounting treatment are checked at the same time. The director can answer the request with consistent facts and figures.
When the service provider changes, the accountant reconciles the latest accepted reporting, receipts, settlement status, accounting balances and availability of primary documents. Open issues are tracked separately from the current period and from restoration of prior data. The client receives a register of files and statuses, and the new accountant starts from a confirmed accounting position.
The cost depends on the tax system, number of transactions, employees, accounts, VAT, goods, foreign-currency settlements and the volume of management information. UBC can handle reporting as a separate function or provide comprehensive company servicing. The proposal records the calendar, client documents, set of forms, number of consultations and the result for each period.
To prepare monthly reporting, the accountant receives primary documents, bank statements, personnel orders and accruals for the relevant reporting period. Data on hiring, termination and other personnel changes must match the payroll data for the relevant month. The director receives a summary of the payroll fund and mandatory payments.
Before filing, the accountant compares salary, holiday pay, sick pay, remuneration under civil-law contracts and other income with personnel documents and accounting records. Correct identification data and income codes are used for each individual. The signed report and receipts remain in the company's archive.
A major purchase, loan, payment to a non-resident or change of registration details is reflected in the reporting together with the contract, primary documents, tax treatment and movement of funds. The accountant determines how the transaction is recorded, while the owner receives an explanation of its effect on taxes and upcoming payments.
Before the month is closed, primary documents are provided to the accountant by responsible staff in sales, procurement, HR and banking. The director signs the forms and documents that require their authority. The accountant keeps the closing calendar together with registers, calculations and receipts.
If the director changes the accountant, the new specialist receives previous reports, receipts, payroll records and employee data. This allows reporting to continue while preserving continuity between periods. The director retains control of electronic signatures and access to government services.
After the first period is closed, the director receives the accepted forms, receipts, tax breakdowns and information on open documents. Changes in transactions, employees or tax status are reflected in the next period. The owner can see the reporting result and the nearest mandatory payments.
At the owner's request, the accountant prepares a breakdown of revenue, expenses, liabilities, taxes and cash balances for a specific period. Each figure is explained through the underlying transactions and registers. The owner receives figures for budgeting, dividend payments or planning the next month.
After the month is closed, the owner receives the accepted forms, receipts, tax breakdowns and information on open documents. The accountant carries unresolved matters into the next period together with the relevant amounts and deadlines. The director can see the nearest payments and the documents requiring signature.
Before preparing the forms, the accountant collects bank transactions, primary documents, employee settlements, taxes and changes in the company's activities. A delivery date and responsible person are assigned for each block. The accounting team can see the complete set, while the manager receives in advance a list of transactions requiring a decision or additional confirmation.
After reconciliation, the accountant prepares the tax and financial reporting from one data base, checks control relationships and retains the receipts. At the same time, a short management summary is prepared covering revenue, expenses, liabilities, settlements with the budget and open documents. The owner receives confirmation of filing and data for planning the next period.
