UKRBUSINESSCONSULT announces a competition for the position of SECRETARY-RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER.

• Age up to 25, possibility to work a full working day Monday-Friday.
• Competent written and spoken English.
• Excellent appearance, ability to persuade.
• Well-developed speech, pleasant voice.
• PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Google, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, office equipment).

Main functional responsibilities:

• Administrative activity to support office operations;
• Receiving visitors, tea-coffee, e-mail, telephone calls;
• Office administration (correspondence, general matters, etc.);
• Organisation of meetings, negotiations and conferences;
• Communication with clients, presentation of general information about the company’s services and the advantages of working with us;
• Carrying out personal assignments from management.

Will be an advantage, but is not mandatory:

• experience as an office manager, secretary, assistant to a manager, work in entertainment, tourism, finance or consulting;
• Experience identifying client needs during telephone communication, experience in active sales.

Salary – from 500€ to 1200€ based on the interview results, possibility of rapid professional and career growth. Place of work: Horizon Towers Kiev Business Centre (Bessarabska Square area, Lypky / Palats Sportu metro - Lva Tolstoho metro). Paid probation period 1 month.
