Requirements:
Age up to 25, higher legal or economic education or final year (Kyiv university), average grade above 4.5, no health problems, experienced PC user (MS Word, Excel, Internet). Competent written and spoken English. Work experience is welcome.

Personal qualities:
attention to detail, ability to work with a large number of documents, ability to act independently and in a team, correctness in communication, sociability, ability to learn quickly, ability to make decisions independently, readiness for travel and communication with government officials, ability to defend your opinion and the company’s interests.

Job responsibilities:

• receiving client applications for registration and re-registration of companies,
• preliminary consultations by telephone,
• off-site client consultations when necessary,
• office consultations on taxation and corporate law: mergers, acquisitions, purchase of companies, entry and withdrawal of founders, choice of taxation system.
• monitoring current legislation in the field of corporate law, preparation and introduction of corresponding changes to incorporation documents
• development and preparation of incorporation documents of companies,
• full support of legal entity registration from signing documents before a notary until the bank account is opened.
• coordination of documents with registration authorities.

Working conditions: base salary +
The base salary depending on the qualification level is agreed at the interview. Reimbursement of representation expenses and travel costs + monthly corporate bonus based on department results + individual bonuses (agreed % of the value of personal sales) + compensation package (after 6 months of work).

Possibility of career growth when outstanding organisational abilities and a desire to perform management work are demonstrated.

Probation period: 2 months.

What needs to be done:

Preliminary competitive selection of applicants is carried out on the basis of the detailed CVs sent by you and the results of the qualification test.

A qualification test must be attached to the CV (describe in detail in free form the process of registering a company in any district of Kyiv with all technical details of the process: addresses of authorities, deadlines, official and actual reception days and hours, names of people receiving applicants, specific features, documents submitted, possibilities for resolving non-standard issues, etc.).

If you have not previously been involved in registration (be sure to state this at the beginning of the test) - most of the necessary information can be obtained and systematised from open sources and current legislation.
